Introduction
Our Self catering apartment is on the first floor of an apartment block
built onto the City walls of Chichester. We have tried to provide as
much information as we can in this statement If you have any queries
please do call. we look forward to welcoming you.

* Bookings and enquiries can be made by email, fax or telephone.
* The nearest bus stop in the town is approx 150 metres from the entrance
* The nearest train station is in the city and is approx 0.75 miles
away. There are accessible taxis at the station.
* We can arrange for a welcome hamper on your arrival.
* We can provide information in large print on request.
* The apartment is situated in the City centre, shops and restaurants
are located adjacent to the apartment.
Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
* There is no on sight car parking.
* There is a public car park within 100 metres of the apartment.
* the car park is level concrete and security monitoring is in place.

* There is one entrance accessible through a wrought iron gate situated
level at the city walls.
* There are then 2 steps, 24cm long and then a 260cm step, then 5 more
at 24cm long, then 1 at 220 cm long then 3 at 24cms long (all 160cms
wide). It then narrows to 90cm wide x 150cm up 3 steps turning to the
right 26.5 long and 1 more at 114cm long. All the steps are approx 12
cm high.

It is a double glass door.

The Apartment
- Once inside the building it is on the ground floor.
- The hallway is 123 cm wide with contrasting colours for skirting, carpets and floor which is beige Berber carpet.
- Smoke alarm fitted in hallway and sitting room.
- The entrance door to the apartment is 84 cm wide
- Key hole is 135 cm high
- There is a threshold of 4 cm
- All rooms, except the kitchen and ensuite lead off the hallway.
Sitting Room/ Dining Room
- Door width 71cm, located off hallway.
- The dining room is open plan with the sitting room.
- There are two sofas, one three seater and one two seater, covered in fabric and non feather.
- Teletext T.V provided and also Video player DVD player and CD and radio all with remote controls.
- There is free space of 300 metres by 1.95 metres all clear of doors and furniture.
- The Dining table is oblong with legs on each corner. 1.36 cm long by 80 cm wide. It is 71 cm floor to lowest point of the table. (under space)
- There are 4 chairs with padded seats and high backs.
- The free space between the table and walls is 90 cm all round.
- The free space in the dining area is 1.80 metres by 1.3 metres.
- Flooring is beige Berber carpet.

* The twin bedroom has 2 3ft beds. The height to the top of the mattresses
is 50cm.

* Sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases are poly cotton.
* Ensuite shower room is adjacent to the double bedroom.
* Remote control radio and dvd player in the double bedroom.
* The large transfer space in the double bedroom is 1.85cm.
* Bed is movable is more space is required to the side.
* Largest free space clear of doors and furniture to the double bedroom
is 120 by 2.60.
* The space between the 2 singles beds is 1 metre.
* In the twin room the largest free space clear of doors is 1.4mtres
by 2 metres.

* Fridge with freezer, situated between the work tops and wall. The
highest shelf in the fridge is 137 cm.
